    The North Rockland Central School District has partnered with Peachjar, a digital eFlyer distribution tool. Peachjar provides an innovative flyer management system that sends school approved eFlyers directly to parents’ inboxes and posts them on our school websites.

    The Peachjar eFlyer communication, distribution system is part of the district’s ongoing effort to focus resources on education while embracing innovative technology, maintaining fiscal responsibility, and reducing the environmental impact of our activities. This initiative will save paper and reduce copy costs for our schools and community partners.

    You will receive a welcome email from Peachjar. No action is required to begin receiving this communication from your school.

    Peachjar is used exclusively for the distribution of school-approved flyers only. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose.

    You can find school flyers in all school building sites by selecting the Peachjar link within the Family Resources navigation menu.
    Each site also has a Peachjar icon link on the floating social media toolbar on the left side of all site pages.

FOR PARENTS

  • By default, all parents are opted-in to the Peachjar system. No action is required, provided parent email contact information is up to date with their child's school. If you are not receiving emails from Peachjar, there are two possible reasons:

    • Your email address is not on file with your school. Contact your school office to add your email address to your child's contact information and have them inform the Technology Department.
    • The Peachjar emails are going into your spam folder. To prevent the eFlyers from going into your spam folder, add “school@peachjar.com” to your email contacts.

     

    Additional Information

    • You will have the option to unsubscribe from the Peachjar service at any time. 
    • Once approved, flyers will be automatically distributed to your Inbox
    • ​Peachjar is used exclusively for the electronic distribution of district and school approved flyers. Parent email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose.

FOR OUTSIDE ORGANIZATIONS

  •  The North Rockland Central School district wants families to know about district-approved community programs and resources offered by organizations like yours!

    • Peachjar charges a fee for this service, which is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers.
    • Peachjar may waive the registration fee for organizations promoting free events or services.
    • Organizations may qualify for a free account provided certain criteria are met.

    To submit your flyer for district approval, review our Flyer Approval Guidelines and follow the steps below. 
    • Register your account as a Community Organization on Peachjar.com
    • Go to Send & Post Flyer to Submit your flyer for approval
